Raising funds for your organization is now easier and more convenient with EZMembership’s integrated online credit card processing. Upon completing an online sponsor/adversiting request form, applicants will be routed to a seamless, secure payment page where they can enter their credit card information. The advertisting fee they will be charged will be calculated automatically based upon a variety of criteria that can be set by you. For example, the fee may change with the type of advertisement (e.g., job opportunity, sponsorship ad, banner ad, etc.), ad placement on your site (e.g., all pages, rotating ad, one page, top or bottom of page, etc.), duration of ad posting (one month, two months, until a specific date passes, etc.), and whether or not you are offering any special discounts for certain types of advertisements. Advertisements will not be posted until you approve their application and have all the information and related files you need to properly post each ad. Once you have approved the application, payments will be posted to the applicants credit cards account, the status of their application will automatically be updated as as approved in your database and an automatic confirmation will be sent via email to the applicant and one of your organization's site administrators will be notified of payment and requested to proceed with actually placing the ad on the site.
