As soon as your new design templates have been approved by your group and you give us the green light to go live on the web, new subscribers of EZMembership's services and their designated administrators will be promptly provided with detailed instructions for accessing their new website via the EZMembership administrative back-end tool. Once you receive your access information, we will follow-up confirm that you have been successful in logging into your administrative site.
If at any time your administrators have difficulty accessing the administrative site and require assistance, please feel free to contact us directly or send an email to info@ezmembership.net explaining the situation and one of our representatives will quickly respond.
